Like our friends, garlic and ginger, the pomegranate has been around, for thousands of years. Original name being, the Chinese apple, the centre of its origins, in Persia. It holds many ancient beliefs. From the far east to Greece and Turkey, you’ll find it. For me, this is the most beautiful and delicate of fruits. it is succulent, with a sharp, exquisite flavour and it is a beauty to look at, once opened. If any of our young children have not yet engaged in this fruit, now is the time to give it a try.

I picked a plum, today.

I picked some perfect plums today, I picked them just for you. And while I picked some perfect plums I picked papaya too. I picked the perfect plums today, with papaya seemed so few, so we cruised around the marketplace and found some passion fruit.

incredible it seems to me, the things that you can buy. I picked the plums, papaya, with passion in my eyes. They reminded me of all things good, with brains, with heart, with soul. Next time I pick some perfect fruit will be something to behold.
